Ask for a post, blog or email
Three ways in, all ending up in Work as a draft for you to review:
- Today — type what you want into the box at the top. It goes to the right agent.
- Do — pick a ready-made task: Blog post, Instagram caption set, Email, Social graphic, and more. Each opens its brief first so you can edit it before anything runs.
- From a picture — open an image and choose an Instagram, LinkedIn or X post, blog, email or ad copy under Use it in.
- 1Filter by goal
- 2A task — What it needs from you, and what it produces.
- 3Who does it
Approve, change or reject a draft
Open any item in Work (or from your Inbox) to review it.
- 1Approve ✓ — Ready to publish.
- 2Approve + Schedule — Approve and pick a time in one go.
- 3Ask for a change — Tell the maker what to change; it revises this same item.
- 4Connect a channel — Shown when there is nowhere to publish yet.
- 5Where it goes — The channel it will publish to.
- 6Open the conversation — The thread with the agent who made it.
Edit lets you change the words yourself. Reject removes it from the queue. Nothing publishes until it is approved and has a channel.
Schedule a post
Press Approve + Schedule on the item.
Pick the date and time, and the channel.
Times are in your own timezone. It appears on the Work calendar and publishes at that time.
To move it, open it again and press Move it, or reschedule from the calendar.

Plan on the content calendar
Work has four views: List, Board, Calendar and Gallery. The calendar shows everything planned and scheduled, by month, week, timeline or list.
- 1Views
- 2Month, Week, Timeline or List
- 3Import plan and Export
- 4Heads-up — Anything that will not publish, and why.
- 5An item — Click to open it.
Ask the Content Strategist to plan a window — “plan October, three posts a week” — and the items appear here as drafts.
Import your content plan
Already have a plan in a spreadsheet? Bring it in as it is — no template to match.
In Work → Calendar, press Import plan.
Upload a CSV or Excel file.
Any column layout works.Check the column matching.
Supaforce suggests which of your columns is the date, time, channel, title, brief, caption and so on, with sample values. Change any that are wrong; keep the rest as extra detail.Confirm.
Every row arrives as a draft holding your brief. The matching is remembered for next time.
Prefer to keep planning in Google Sheets? Connect it under Tools and the sheet and calendar stay in sync both ways. Use Export for a CSV or Excel copy, or subscribe to the calendar from your calendar app.
Block days from publishing
In Settings → General → Publishing rules, add the days nothing should publish — a holiday, a launch blackout — and your team keeps the calendar clear on those days. The same card can notify your other systems by webhook when calendar events happen.
