Integrations

Connect your tools

Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shopify, Webflow, Google Analytics, Sheets, Figma and mailboxes.

Connect or disconnect a tool

  1. 1Connect — Opens the tool’s own sign-in to approve access.
  2. 2Notes — Anything to know before you connect.
  3. 3Commerce & Store
  4. 4Analytics — Google Analytics and Google Sheets.
  1. Open Tools in the sidebar.

  2. Choose the tool and press Connect.

You approve on the tool's own screen and come straight back.
  3. That's it.

Agents that use it can now read from it or publish to it.

To disconnect, open the tool again and press Disconnect…. Your data stays in Supaforce; agents just stop using the tool. Settings → Integrations lists everything connected.

Instagram

  • Needs an Instagram Business or Creator account. You don't need a Facebook Page.
  • Every post needs an image or a video — a caption alone can't publish.
  • If Instagram stops accepting the connection (after a password change, for example), posts say it must be reconnected. Disconnect and connect it again in Tools.

X and LinkedIn

  • X — posts and threads, with images. If you connected before image posting was added, reconnect once so images can be attached.
  • LinkedIn — posts go on your own profile. Posting to a company page isn't supported yet.

TikTok

  • Before each post you confirm it in a TikTok step: the account it goes to, who can see it, and whether comments, Duets and Stitches are allowed.
  • Until TikTok finishes auditing Supaforce's app for Direct Post, posts go up as private (only you can see them). Make one public from the TikTok app.
  • Disconnecting ends Supaforce's access at TikTok too, so connecting again asks for permission again.

Webflow

Connect your Webflow site to publish blog posts straight to your CMS and manage on-page SEO. Your products and pages are read too, so content is accurate.

Google Sheets

  1. Connect Google Sheets, then press Pick sheets.

Supaforce can open only the files you pick — never the rest of your Drive.
  2. Confirm how your columns match the plan.

    Done once, then reused.
  • Edits in the sheet reach the calendar by themselves. Edits to an approved post send it back for approval, and you are told.
  • Published posts are never changed. Deleting a row only unschedules drafts.
  • When a post is approved, its status is written back to the sheet.
  • Ask your team to change the sheet for you, and it will — with one approval for the whole change.

Figma

Press Sign in with Figma, or paste a personal access token. Then share a file link with your team and it imports the frames and components you choose as brand illustrations, ready to use in Studio.

Google Analytics

Read-only access to your GA4 property. The Analytics Agent and Content Strategist use it to report on and plan around what is working. See Ask what is working.

Mailboxes

Connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP or Instantly under Tools → Email sending. See Connect a mailbox.

Shopify

Connect your store with its your-store.myshopify.com address. The Shopify guide covers what it does, every permission it asks for, and what happens when you disconnect.

Still stuck?

Ask any agent “how do I…” in the app — they answer from this help centre. Or email support@supaforce.ai and we'll reply within one business day.
