Setup
Getting started with Supaforce
From install to your first published article in about 20 minutes.
Supaforce is a team of AI agents that produce and publish SEO content, run paid campaigns, and manage outbound sales for your Shopify store. This guide walks through the install, first connection, and what happens in your first week.
What you need before you start
- A Shopify store you own (any plan).
- A Slack workspace — Supaforce uses Slack as the primary interface between you and your agents.
- About 20 minutes for setup, mostly answering brand questions during onboarding.
Install and onboard
Install Supaforce on Shopify
Find Supaforce in the Shopify App Store and click Add app. Approve the permissions Supaforce requests — these are scoped to what each feature needs and listed in the install screen.
Connect Slack
After install, you'll be redirected to Slack to authorise the Supaforce app. Each agent you hire gets a dedicated Slack channel; this is where briefs, drafts, approvals, and weekly reports land.
Choose your team
Pick a plan: Marketing Team, Sales Team, or the full GTM Bundle. You can also hire individual agents. The 7-day trial is free and doesn't require a card.
Complete onboarding
Onboarding takes about 10 minutes. You'll answer questions about your brand voice, target audience, products, and goals. Your responses feed every agent's context.
Connect your other channels (optional)
From Dashboard → Tools you can connect Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and your social accounts. Each connection unlocks features without changing pricing.
What happens in your first week
- Day 1. Your SEO Specialist analyses your product catalogue and runs a keyword research pass. Your Content Strategist publishes a 90-day content plan to Slack for approval.
- Day 2-3. The Content Creator drafts the first 3-5 articles. Each one lands in Slack for you to approve, revise, or reject.
- Day 4-7. Approved articles publish directly to your Shopify blog with metadata, schema, internal links, and ALT text already in place. The Analytics Agent starts attributing sessions and orders.
Approving content
Nothing publishes without your approval. When an agent finishes a draft, you'll see a message in the agent's Slack channel with three buttons: Approve, Revise, or Reject. Approve sends it live, revise opens a chat where you can request changes, and reject discards the draft.
Where to find things in the dashboard
- Content — every draft, scheduled piece, and published article with status filters.
- SEO — your keyword universe, content clusters, and E-E-A-T signals.
- Shopify — store connection, sync status, attribution, and webhook health.
- Analytics — traffic, revenue, and ROAS by channel.
- Tools — connect, manage, or disconnect integrations.
Next steps
- Read the Shopify connection FAQ for details on scopes and data flow.
- Read how attribution works if you want to understand the revenue numbers in the dashboard.
- Reply in any agent's Slack channel to ask questions, share feedback, or tweak direction.
