Your first hour: your brand, your team, your first picture, and what to connect.

Supaforce is a marketing and sales team made of AI specialists who work from your brand. This is your first hour: setting up, making something, and connecting where it goes.

Set up your workspace

  1. Tell us about your brand.

    Your website, the markets you sell in, and a line about the business.

  2. Add brand files, or skip.

    Logos, guidelines, decks — or skip and your team learns from your website.

  3. Create your account and confirm your email.

  4. Watch your team read your site.

    It captures your logo, colours, fonts, products, voice and competitors, and says what it couldn't find.

  5. Confirm what it found.

    Correct anything that is off — products, value proposition, competitors, market.

  6. Name your team.

    Give each agent a name, or keep the ones suggested.

Make your first image

The fastest way to see what your team can do. Open Studio, describe a post, and press Make the image.

Your work in Studio fills up with everything your team makes.

Attach a product photo or app screenshot set to Exact to put the real thing in it. The full guide: Make images.

Approve your first piece of work

  • Ask for something on Today — “three Instagram posts for our launch next week”.
  • Drafts appear in Work; anything waiting on you is in your Inbox.
  • Open one, then Approve ✓, Approve + Schedule or Ask for a change.

Nothing publishes or sends without your approval unless you switch to Autopilot. More in Work with your team.

Connect where things publish

Open Tools and connect what you use. The ones that matter most first:

  • Your social channels — Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok — so posts can publish.
  • A mailbox — under Email sending — if you want outreach to go out.
  • Your store — Shopify or Webflow — to use your real products.
  • Slack — to work with your team where you already are.
