What connecting your store does, the permissions it asks for, and what happens when you disconnect.
In this guide
Connect your Shopify store
Open Tools and choose Shopify.
Enter your store's
your-store.myshopify.comaddress and press Connect.Approve the permissions on Shopify's screen.
You need to be the store owner or have permission to install apps.
Setup finishes in the background. If it doesn't, the Shopify card says Setup didn't finish with a Retry setup link.
See what Supaforce can do in your store
- Your real products in pictures — your catalogue appears in Studio under Products, so images show the actual item.
- Content that is accurate — blog posts and captions use your real products, prices and collections.
- Blog posts — published straight to your store's blog.
- Product page SEO — better titles, descriptions and structured data.
- Discount codes and store credit — real Shopify codes for referral and reward programmes you set up.
- Theme changes — always made on a draft copy of your theme. Publishing it is your decision.
- Sales tracking — orders matched back to the content that brought the visitor.
The permissions it asks for
| Access | Why |
|---|---|
| Products, inventory, locations | Read your catalogue for pictures and content; write product SEO. |
| Content (blogs and pages) | Publish and update blog posts. |
| Themes | Read your theme; make changes on a draft copy. |
| Files | Upload images used in your posts and pages. |
| Orders and customers | Read only. Match orders to the content that drove them. |
| Markets, locales and translations | Write content for each market and language you sell in. |
| Discounts and store credit | Create codes and credit for programmes you approve. |
Stores connected before a permission was added are asked to reconnect when something needs it — you'll see a notice saying which.
Track orders back to content
When your store connects, Supaforce adds a web pixel to it. The pixel records visits that arrive from links your agents published — a blog post, a social post, an email — and Shopify tells Supaforce about each order, so the two can be matched.
Ask the Analytics Agent: “Which of our posts drove orders this month?”
Disconnect or uninstall
- Disconnect from Tools → Shopify → Disconnect…, or uninstall the app in your Shopify admin.
- Supaforce stops receiving updates from your store and agents stop using it straight away.
- What was already made — posts, pictures, reports — stays in Supaforce. Anything already published to your store stays there.
- Reconnect at any time from the same card.

Still stuck?
Ask any agent “how do I…” in the app — they answer from this help centre. Or email support@supaforce.ai and we'll reply within one business day.
