Work with your team

Who does what, how to ask, approvals, long-running plans and what your team remembers.

Know which agent does what

You don't have to pick: anything you type on Today is routed to the right one, and agents hand work to each other.

Ask for anything

  • Today — the box at the top. Routed to Auto picks the agent; you can choose one instead.
  • An agent's desk — click a face under Team in the sidebar to talk to one agent directly.
  • Do — ready-made tasks with their brief written for you to edit.
  • Slack — every agent has a channel. See Slack.
  1. 1Ask here — Point at what it should read from: a link, a file, a post.
  2. 2Routed to — Auto, or pick an agent.
  3. 3Needs you — Anything waiting on your approval.
  4. 4Do next — Suggested tasks to start.
  5. 5Credits left
  1. 1Your team — Marketing and Sales, with who is active.
  2. 2What it already knows — Your site, voice, colours, competitors and audience.
  3. 3New chat
  4. 4History, Trail and Setup — Past threads, what it did, and its settings.
  5. 5Add a reference or a link
  6. 6Ask — Attach files with the paperclip.

Approve before anything goes out

By default your team works in Co-pilot: anything an agent wants to publish, send or spend on stops in your Inbox first. Failures land there too, with a fix attached.

  1. 1Filter — Everything, paused runs, or content.
  2. 2Co-pilot — Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Let agents work without approval

In Settings → General, switch Operating Mode from Co-pilot to Autopilot and agents publish and send on their own.

  1. 1Co-pilot / Autopilot
  2. 2Publishing rules — Days nothing should publish.

Follow a long job step by step

Bigger requests — “launch our autumn range across every channel” — become a plan. A card above the chat shows each step as it runs and waits when it needs your go-ahead.

  1. Read the plan when it appears.

Each step says what it will do.
  2. Use Pause after this step, Skip it, Resume or Stop the plan as it goes.

  3. Leave and come back.

The plan keeps going; all plans are listed under Plans.

See what is running and what it cost

Activity shows everything your agents are doing now, the routines that run on a schedule (like a Monday report), and the history of past runs with the credits each used. Stop, pause or resume from there.

See what your team knows

Mind is everything your team knows, learns and remembers: your brand and market, lessons from past work, sales collateral and how fresh it all is. Ask it a question from the bar at the top: “what do we know about enterprise buyers?”

Still stuck?

Ask any agent “how do I…” in the app — they answer from this help centre. Or email support@supaforce.ai and we'll reply within one business day.
