Talk to an agent in Slack
- Post in an agent's channel —
#sf-content-strategist,#sf-visual-creatorand so on — and that agent answers in a thread. - Or mention
@Supaforceanywhere it has been invited, followed by your request. - Share files in the thread — briefs, spreadsheets, decks, images — and the agent reads them.
- Images, decks (as PDF and PowerPoint) and drafts come back in the same thread.
Every Slack thread also appears on that agent's desk in the app, with its full history, so you can pick it up in either place.
Approve from Slack
Work waiting for you arrives with buttons, so you don't need to open the app:
| Approve | Approve it as it is. |
| Approve + Publish Now | Approve and publish straight away. |
| Approve + Schedule | Approve and put it on the calendar. |
| Request Changes | Send it back with what to change. |
| Reject | Remove it. |
Fix an agent that cannot post
If an agent says it can't find or post to its channel, the channel was archived, renamed or the app was removed from it.
In the app, open Settings → Agents.
Press Add Agents to Slack.
Missing channels are created again and the app is added to them. For any other channel, invite the app.
Type/invite @Supaforcein that channel.
Renaming an agent in Settings → Agents renames it in Slack too.
