Credits, billing and your workspace
How credits work, plans and top-ups, people, spaces and privacy.
Understand credits
Work is paid for in Work credits, not seats: every plan includes your whole team of agents. Each piece of work uses credits — an image, a video, a research batch, a long writing job.
- Every Studio format shows its cost before you start, and the summary above the button repeats it for your choices.
- Activity shows what each run used. Settings → Billing → Activity lists every charge and top-up.
- Your balance is at the top of Today and Studio.

Top up or turn on auto-recharge
- Buy a pack of credits from Settings → Billing. Bought credits are added straight away.
- Turn on Auto-recharge, choose the balance to top up at and how many credits to buy, and work never stops mid-task.
Change your plan
Press Change plan in Billing. Changes are prorated, and you can switch at any time. New workspaces start on a free trial: Billing shows when it ends, and you won't be charged before then. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Invite your team
| People | Invite colleagues, and remove people who leave. |
| Spaces | Where work lives. Everyone in a space can see everything in it. |
| Privacy | Who can see new work by default, and a log of who has opened it. |
| The address your brand’s emails come from, and the footer they carry. | |
| Security | Change your password. |
